Fall and Halloween Fun

This year we had so much fun preparing for Halloween and enjoying the beginning of fall.  We spent time at the pumpkin patch and went up to Julian for the Apple Days Festival.  The kids had a school carnival of course and spent some spooktacular fun with their friends.  Lots of candy was to be had all around.  Unfortunately we have not carved our pumpkins yet...hopefully we'll get those done before Thanksgiving!

Horsing Around

We went geocaching on a Saturday morning after soccer and ran into this nice horse and rider.  The kids got to give the horse a treat and loved getting up close to pet her!

Ninjas- Season Champs

Zach's 1st Soccer season came to and end today and the team did awesome.  Zach scored 2 goals overall and got the Rookie of the Year award.  This was a great team with lots of talent and they all had fun playing together.  Go Ninjas!!

Great Great Grandma's 100th Birthday

We are so very fortunate to have the matriarch of the family with us at the young age of 100.

She is truly a wonderful person inside and out!  The kids love Great Great Grandma and had fun celebrating with her on her special day.  This day brought family together that had not been together for years.  People traveled from near and far to wish her well and spend the day with her.

VBS 2013

Sonwest Roundup 2013.  This year Jilly, Luke, Taylor, Katelyn and Cecilia were able to participate.  It was so fun to have all the cousins get together for worship time.
